Hello and welcome to the information pertinent to our (ICCSAA’s) upcoming Fall Student Leadership Conference. Lewis & Clark and Southwestern Illinois College are partnering and most activities will be hosted on the campus of Lewis & Clark.  The conference hotel is The Atrium Hotel and Conference Center (formerly the Alton Holiday Inn).

The dates for the conference are Nov.14 & 15. Please pay particular attention to Friday’s agenda. A tour of our campus is planned with emphasis on its architectural and historical significance. I’m sure you’ll really enjoy this opportunity so please let me know of your desire to participate and how many students.

Also, at Friday ‘s banquet, we would like your students to brainstorm about ‘what they think a Trailblazer is?’, and come up with a costume that a student will wear that fits that description. 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place prizes will be awarded to the school that best represents the theme. . . GOOD LUCK!!!

Please bring t-shirts to swap. We’ll have those available during the vendor portion of the evening after the concert.

Following the concert, students will also have the opportunity to swim at Lewis & Clark’s Hathaway Pool.

And finally…if there are any advisors who are willing to share their expertise during the breakout sessions, please look at the topics below, or suggest others, and let me know if you are willing to present.
